The Russian Extended Level Syllabus is designed for learners who have previously studied Russian for about three to four years (approximately 300 to 400 hours) at post-primary school level
Learners taking this course will be likely to have had very different experiences in the language; some may have family experience in Russian, others will be learning it as a second language. It is hoped that more learners of the latter category will study Russian in the future.
