Please note, this form will require you to provide a Certified copy of your results.

Before processing your application, TASC will need to receive the certified copy of your qualifications in hard copy. Please post to: GPO Box 333, Hobart, Tas 7001 or deliver to Level 6, 39 Murray Street, Hobart.
